“Purple is a special place because of the amount of knowledge and support that is shared every day. Everyone wants you to succeed, grow and learn. Each team is structured for close-knit collaboration, and most often colleagues provide guidance and suggestions that are collectively shaped into valuable learning experiences.”

“My advice is to ask questions often. Be a sponge and soak up the amazing knowledge and advice shared every hour. Always keep the bigger picture and overall goal in mind. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily tasks and shuffle.”

“Roles at Purple are not as prescriptive as they might be in other places. Each person is encouraged to try something outside of their role and grow horizontally.”
