“Purple gives you exposure to an incredible variety of industry sectors and colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds. I think that’s a big part of the how we create client and team success.”
“Organization and communication are essential to building a successful team at Purple. An important part of communication is asking the right questions at the right time.”
“I’d tell someone just starting in their career to always ask questions. If you’re too shy to ask a question in a meeting, make sure you ask it afterwards with a colleague. Get coffee with people and ask them about their roles and their advice for someone new and eager to learn.”
