“My diverse background – from military service, business consulting and operating at the highest levels of international diplomacy – provides a holistic and unique approach to help solve our clients’ most challenging problems.”

“I always try to empower my teammates. Whether delegating responsibility across or down, the most important skill is knowing how to instill accountability and ownership to create a team whose sum is greater than its individual parts.”

“In dealing with adversity, be it physical, mental, professional, or otherwise, it is important to remember two things: first, recalling why it is you set out on the path you are on will help sustain you through the most difficult times; and second, remember the old adage “this, too, shall pass.”
