“I love what Purple stands for, and the way the firm constantly pushes itself to embody a spirit of open-mindedness and curiosity. It makes coming to work fun and refreshing.”
“I learn so much each day from the people I work with. A very wise strategist once told me that not knowing something is not an excuse. I try to live by her words, which remind me that tenacity and asking smart questions can help you overcome any challenge.”
“Growing up, my dad taught me that bipartisanship and compromise are vital to achieving meaningful change. If you want to move the needle, you have to work with others and see things from their perspective. You also must have respect and kindness for everyone you meet. It’s the most important thing.”
