In her role at Purple, Margaux works with the Operations team to implement and develop programs to support employees and their growth. She ensures that staff have access to thoughtful and comprehensive development opportunities from the beginning of their tenure and beyond. Prior to joining Purple, Margaux worked at the DCCC as the Payroll and Benefits Director, initially an assistant in the Operations department during the development of the HR team and eventually leading HR processes across the organization years later. She has previous experience in client services from her time as an Executive Assistant at the executive recruiting and consulting firm, Development Resources, inc. Originally from California, she has a B.A. in Linguistics from UC Santa Cruz. She now lives in Arlington with her husband and their opinionated French Bulldog, Stella.
