“Interrogating challenges and solutions from all angles is core to Purple’s approach. This intrinsically means that everyone’s point of view is crucial to the work we do. We’re encouraged to ask questions and share our point of view regardless of title, experience or role. The result is an incredible learning environment that enables us to sharpen our ideas and provide really fantastic work to clients.”
“Before joining the Purple team, I didn’t have the opportunity use expansive research to inform my thinking. Now, I have access to resources that allow me to ask questions and fully understand the unique landscape that each of my clients operate in. I’m constantly fascinated by the changing headwinds, public opinion and environmental factors that drive change and force our clients to take action.”
“When I have a mental block or am having trouble improvising, I head to the kitchen. Cooking helps me get creative, think on my feet and clear my mind.”
