“Since joining Purple, I’ve come to appreciate the value of our intensely collaborative and iterative culture. It forces you to leave your ego out of the work. That, and the continuous improvement results in unbelievably strong and thoughtful work.”

“Having spent my career in professional services, I’ve worked under the premise that the client is always right. Here at Purple, we approach things a bit differently, often question preconceived notions and perceptions. That’s an immensely powerful frame to our work. It challenges us to truly understand the problem before diving in and helps us bring a refreshingly honest view to our clients.”

“I think it was the artist Banksy who said, ‘If you get tired, learn to rest, not to quit.’ I like to pursue things at 110%. But passion is nothing without perseverance. That sometimes demands taking a break to reinvigorate every now and then.”
