Stephanie leads Human Resources working closely with the COO to develop, foster and grow Purple’s talent pool and culture. She has deep expertise in leading innovative and effective talent management strategies and culture initiatives. She started her career at Purple and spent a decade with the company leading HR before moving to Massachusetts with her family in 2019. Prior to returning to Purple in 2021, she joined Definitive Healthcare as a Business Partner, where she worked with executive leadership to address organizational and team challenges with HR initiatives and programs. Stephanie graduated from Worcester State University with a B.A. in Psychology to which she attributes just barely surviving the psychological warfare that comes with having two strong willed (toddler) daughters.
