Erica is a campaign manager and insights lead at Purple. She’s a skilled focus group moderator, having conducted hundreds of focus groups involving a wide range of industries and stakeholder groups. For more than seven years at Purple, Erica has been uncovering data that form new perspectives and insights on the client issues, and drives strategy, targeting, messaging and creative concepts. As a campaign manager, Erica oversees project plans, defines project deliverables and manages day-to-day client engagement. She brings experience in healthcare, energy, logistics, food & beverage, education and entertainment. Erica attended La Salle University, where she studied Communication and Political Science, and received her M.A. in Public Communication from American University.
