“Purple people are always striving to make things better. Everyone looks for opportunities to improve and editing is a really collaborative process. We’re all invested in helping each other create the best version of our work.”
“I love getting to learn something new every day. Our clients work across diverse industries and fields, so I get to dive into new topics whenever we start a new research project. It’s also really interesting to see how knowledge from one field can translate to another as we move from project to project.”
“Flexibility and adaptability. I’m a planner and a to-do list kind of person by nature, but being able to shift priorities and not get glued to a plan is important. I do my best to go with the flow and take things as they come – and then I get to make a new plan!”
“My favorite grad school professor recommended Jonathan Haidt’s ‘The Righteous Mind’ to me, and it completely changed how I look at politics and partisan conflict. It’s a really fascinating look at some of the psychology behind how people develop their moral compasses and values.”
