Gail Gitcho

Gail Gitcho has 20 years of experience in corporate, political and crisis communications for major American brands, foremost national political candidates and startups. She has worked with some of the biggest brands in the country across industries such as healthcare, health-tech, mental health, biotech, aerospace, food and beverage, disaster management, energy and finance. Gail organizes and leads media training, executive coaching and debate preparation. She also advises communications teams, creates and implements communications messages, strategy and timelines, and has developed major rollouts and earned media strategies. Most frequently, Gail is called on to handle crisis communications situations. She is an expert in handling crises and has been tapped numerous times to lead crisis preparation and response for major corporations and political campaigns.

Gail was the Communications Director for Mitt Romney’s 2012 presidential campaign. She also worked on Mr. Romney’s 2007 presidential primary campaign, John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign, and subsequently served as Senior Adviser for Bobby Jindal’s 2015 bid. She was also the Communications Director for the Republican Governors Association during a winning cycle when Republican governors expanded their nationwide majority from 29 to 31. During her time at the RGA she ran a rebranding campaign for the Association that included nearly all of the Republican Governors in the country and was seen nationally through earned and paid media.
