“Probably one of the most valuable skills is one that seems simple but has a huge impact – active listening to both your client and your team members. When you really listen to where others are coming from solving problems gets much easier.”
“To anyone just starting out I would tell them to find something they’re passionate about. When you love the work you’re doing, you’ll be more motivated and much happier in your job and your life.”
