Jordan is a 15-year veteran of Capitol Hill, having worked at the intersection of policy, politics, and messaging in both the House of Representatives and high-profile congressional campaigns.
Most recently, Jordan served as Senior Advisor at the House Energy & Commerce Committee (E&C) during the 115th and 116th Congresses, where he advised on messaging and legislative strategy and oversaw all internal and external communications, coalitions engagement, and other external affairs efforts of the committee.
Prior to E&C, Jordan served as Policy Director & Communications Advisor at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) during the 2014 and 2016 election cycles, where he provided strategic communications counsel and issue education to House campaigns nationwide. Jordan also served as Legislative Research Director at the NRCC during the 2010 election cycle.
Along the way, Jordan has worked in some of the most competitive political environments in the nation, serving as Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, and in other staff positions for members of the House of Representatives.
Jordan is a graduate of UCF and lives with his wife and daughter in Washington, D.C.
