Amy is a collaborative HR leader who partners with business leaders and employees to support an environment where everyone can thrive. She builds and scales systems and workflows and facilitates a positive and rewarding experience at every stage of the employee life cycle. Amy joins Purple from The ONE Campaign, a global campaigning organization to end extreme poverty and preventable disease, where she served as HR Director focused on HR programs and policies, compensation and benefits, HR systems and data, and employee relations. Prior to ONE, Amy worked as a HR leader for a variety of companies including a public relations agency and NGOs. Amy holds a BS in Health Science from George Mason University and a master’s degree in HR Management from Marymount University.
