Bob Frei
Bob Frei spent 35 years at McKinsey & Company advising boards and management teams on strategy, organization and performance, and is now a Senior Partner Emeritus of the firm. In more than two decades as a Senior Partner, he led McKinsey’s Oil & Gas Practice in the Americas, co-led it globally for five years, and co-led the firm’s global Agriculture & Chemicals Practice for ten. His clients ranged from global industry leaders to small-cap, private and family-owned companies across chemicals, petroleum, agriculture, basic materials, electric power and natural gas. From 2022 to 2025, Bob served on the Board of Kraton Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company. He is an advisor and investor in the relaunch of World Team Tennis. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
