Giselle Tervalon

Giselle joined Purple in 2022 as a Communications Manager. She is highly skilled in storytelling and has an extensive background in politics and advocacy. Prior to joining Purple, Giselle was the Associate Director of Storytelling at a leading policy think tank, Center for American Progress. She previously worked in communications at the American Constitution Society and led local fundraising efforts for WETA-TV. Earlier in her career, Giselle worked in the offices of Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Rep. Judy Chu (D-CA). A native of California, Giselle received her B.A. in Global Studies, focusing on East Asia and Haiti, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Giselle brings invaluable experience in campaign development, strategic communications, and community outreach.
