Hailey is an HR coordinator with experience in workplace coordination, employee experience and business administration. She provides administrative and HR support to the People Team, helping to cultivate a positive environment for our leaders and employees to thrive in. Prior to joining Purple, Hailey worked at The Knot Worldwide where she oversaw the daily operations of their headquarters in D.C., supporting various People Team initiatives and fostering a unique employee experience for the organization. In her spare time, Hailey loves to bake, spend time with her dog and try out new restaurants in the area.
