As Head of IT Operations at Purple, Justin oversees the systems and technology that keep the firm running, partnering with teams across the organization to ensure the tools and infrastructure they rely on are secure, reliable, and easy to use. Before Purple, Justin supported organizations across a wide range of sizes and missions, from smaller firms like Forum One to Capital City Public Charter School, a K-12 institution where he helped lead the technical response through the COVID-19 pandemic. That experience supporting both lean teams and complex institutions has shaped the way he builds and leads IT at Purple today. Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Marymount University.
