“Purple is an amazing place to work because everybody comes from a different background and brings a perspective that is not just unique, but it is also highly informed and extremely thoughtful. Our diversity and expertise make us a team unlike any other.”
“I tell my teams that if they are ever feeling stuck, go for a walk. Inspiration doesn’t come from a screen; it comes from people. It’s amazing what fresh air and a fresh perspective can do.”
“There are a lot of great mottos I’ve loved, but lately I’ve found myself telling my kids these simple words to live by: Be kind. Try hard. Have fun.”
