“My role at Purple Strategies aligns with my passion for both people and problem-solving. As a recruiter and talent manager, I get to be on the frontlines, identifying and nurturing the talent that drives our success. I love that Purple is smart and adaptable; we don’t shy away from the tough challenges, but instead embrace them, knowing that great solutions often come from hard work and collaboration. It’s incredibly fulfilling to be part of a team where creativity and collaboration are at the core of everything we do.”
“I have always been a connector. I fell into the HR and talent field by accident with my first summer job and it propelled me to what I do 25 years later, which is connecting talent and companies. ”
“I’ve always lived by the motto, ‘when one door closes, another door opens’. A few years ago, I heard a quote that took this one step further, it is from a graduation speech given by Steven Hawking, ‘Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change.'”
