Sabhyata has over five years of experience across accounting, auditing and finance. She combines deep expertise in GAAP, GAAS, ASC 606, and internal controls with a track record of optimizing workflows and scaling accounting systems. She holds a Master’s degree in Professional Accountancy (MPA) and Finance from the University of Texas System, BS in Accounting from Idaho State University, and is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Business Intelligence (DBA) at Marymount University, with research focused on applying AI to optimize accounting systems and Data Visualization. Prior to joining Purple Strategies, Sabhyata was Accounting Manager at Capital One Hall, Tysons, overseeing operations and reporting during leadership transitions. She previously served as an Audit Associate at George Johnson & Company and Audit Assurance at Badawi & Associates, supporting public, nonprofit and government clients in regulatory compliance, internal controls and public-sector auditing. Industrious, detail-oriented, and committed to integrity and deadlines, Sabhyata exemplifies values that closely align with Purple’s culture. Her talent and dedication have earned her multiple Employee of the Month, Top Performer and Employee of the Year awards, along with recognition as a Graduate Research Assistant and Dean’s List honoree.
