Shira serves as a campaign strategist at Purple, where she determines the best path for clients to overcome critical challenges at the state, national, and global level. Known for her ability to quickly assess problems and craft solutions that drive measurable impact, she is a trusted advisor in developing winning strategies for clients. Her expertise in creating clear audience definitions, differentiated insights, message frameworks, and measurement approaches lays the foundation for many successful integrated campaigns.

Before joining Purple, Shira worked as Deputy Events Director for the Republican National Committee and supported fundraising efforts for the Massachusetts Republican Party. She graduated magna cum laude from The George Washington University, earning a B.A. in Political Science, and was also an Academic All-American intercollegiate sailor. She remains passionate about outdoor sports and spends her free time skiing down mountains or rollerblading on bike paths.
